About The Colville
Seasonal British cooking with a ruthless commitment to simplicity.
The Colville opened in Notting Hill in 2019 with a simple idea: strip back everything that doesn't need to be there and let the produce speak. The menu changes weekly, driven by what's best at the market that morning. No foam. No theatre. Just food that tastes like itself.
Behind the copper-top bar and open kitchen pass, the team works with a short roster of British growers, fishermen, and foragers. The wine list is equally restrained — forty bottles, mostly natural, all chosen because they belong at this table.

Enquire about availabilityForty bottles, mostly natural, all from small producers who care as much as we do. The list changes with the seasons — biodynamic Burgundy in winter, skin-contact whites when the sun comes out. Our sommelier is here to guide, never to lecture. Ask for a glass of whatever's open — there's always something worth trying.
